Meet the Team:
Adrian Davies - Director

Adrian has over 14 years experience of working in the drugs, mental health, forensic mental health, and criminal justice fields within a variety of charitable and statutory sector settings. His specialism is drug treatment and offending behaviour.

Adrian has managed, both as a project manager and senior manager, a variety of drug services ranging form prison based treatment, DTTO's and direct access. He also has extensive experience of mental health, having served as an associate psychotherapist within a forensic service, as well as being a therapist in private practice. Adrian also has considerable experience of writing drug treatment and offending behaviour programmes for the prison service and voluntary sector alike.

Adrian has served as the management committee chair of a national charity. During his time as the chair he developed and implemented a business and fundraising strategy, which helped secure premises and planned manageable growth.

Meet the Team:
Liz Robinson

Liz Robinson has considerable experience in fundraising from voluntary sources such as charitable trusts and foundations and lottery bodies. In addition, she worked for a number of years as a grants officer at the New Opportunities Fund/Big Lottery Fund. She is able to provide consultancy to small and medium voluntary sector organizations around fundraising, setting up monitoring systems to meet the needs of organizations, service users and funders and will undertake project evaluation or service reviews.

David Price

David Price has 20 years experience in the management of small and medium companies. Specialising in IT and team training, David can provide consultancy to organizations to provide an extensive IT review as part of a wider compliance audit, making and implementing the necessary recommendations to achieve compliance. As a team trainer, David can provide tailor-made solutions for your organization.

Meet the Team:
John Brennon

John has ten years experience of working and specialising in the substance misuse and adult survivors of sexual abuse sectors.

As a practitioner John has facilitated various therapeutic interventions in a variety of settings. John is an extremely competent clinical supervisor with six years experience both as an employee and in private practice.

John also has eight years experience of project management in both Prisons and the community. John has a broad knowledge of national and local substance misuse strategies and has been involved in strategic policy development, tender applications and the development of service level agreements.

During this period John has a broad understanding of working in partnership working collaboratively with DAT's CDAT's CDRP's Police, and Prison Governors.

As a trainer John has six years experience of designing and delivering a variety of training courses both to individuals and groups in both the substance misuse and sexual abuse sectors.
