Adrian Davies - Director
Adrian has over 14 years experience of working in the drugs, mental health, forensic mental health, and criminal justice fields within a variety of charitable and statutory sector settings. His specialism is drug treatment and offending behaviour.
Adrian has managed, both as a project manager and senior manager, a variety of drug services ranging form prison based treatment, DTTO’s and direct access. He also has extensive experience of mental health, having served an associate psychotherapist position within a forensic service, along with being a therapist in private practice. Adrian also has considerable experience of writing credible drug treatment and offending behaviour programmes for the prison service and voluntary sector alike.
Adrian has also served as the management committee chair of a national charity for three years. During his time as the chair he was the author of the business strategy and fundraising strategy, which helped secure premises and planned manageable growth.
